Throne Flow School of Worship

Play Music with Purpose

Our virtual conservatory helps you to develop the skills needed to be able to not just play the song, but be the song! Feel the pressure of progress gradually refine you into a diamond. Bridge the gap between the music you hear in your head and the notes you play with your hands.

More Than Lessons

You know the feeling. The endless repetition of scales. The metronome ticking away while the joy of playing slowly drains from the room. Traditional methods force you into a box, turning what should be a passionate expression into a mechanical chore.

Your technique might be flawless, but the music feels empty. The rigid structures that were supposed to build your foundation have instead become the very walls holding back your true artistic voice. The spark is missing, and practicing feels like walking in circles.

Learning music is not about memorizing songs, it's about being the song.

Our lessons are designed to develop the complete musician through personalized instruction, helping students build evergreen skills that extend far beyond the next service, recital, or favorite playlist.

Instead of simply learning what to play, you'll learn how music works.

Our four-stage curriculum is designed to dismantle bad habits, build a bulletproof technical foundation, and ultimately release you into a state of effortless performance.

Clarity Before You Play

How much time do I need to commit each week?

To experience the 'flow state' breakthrough, we recommend dedicating at least 4-6 hours per week.

I've been stuck at the same skill level for years. Will this help?

Absolutely. Our methodology is specifically designed to shatter rigid playing plateaus. By shifting focus from rote memorization to instinctual playing, you'll unlearn habits holding you back and unlock a new tier of mastery.

Is online learning really effective for instrument mastery?

Yes. Our high-definition camera angles provide a closer, more detailed view of technique than traditional in-person lessons. Combined with our asynchronous feedback loop, you receive precise, personalized guidance when it matters most.

Do I need advanced equipment to record or participate?

Not at all. A standard smartphone camera and internal microphone are sufficient for submitting your progress videos. Our instructors are trained to analyze your form and musicality without the need for studio-grade audio. For stable, more high quality performance, we recommend getting the Scarlett 2i2 USB interface bundle that comes with an CM25 MkIII microphone, a pop filter, and a boom arm that can be purchased in this link.

What if I fall behind the course schedule?

The conservatory is designed around your rhythm. While there is a suggested weekly progression, you retain lifetime access to all core materials. Take the time you need to fully integrate each concept before moving forward.

There are also two options for makeup classes:

1. The next scheduled lesson will be extended to include the missed lesson time.

The makeup lesson will be double the scheduled lesson duration.

Examples:

A missed 45-minute lesson scheduled at 7:00 PM:

– Makeup begins at 6:15 PM

– Regular lesson begins at 7:00 PM

A missed 60-minute lesson scheduled at 7:00 PM:

Makeup begins at 6:00 PM

Regular lesson begins at 7:00 PM

2. When scheduling permits, the missed lesson may be recovered either by extending another scheduled lesson.

What instruments or areas of music does Throne Flow School of Worship teach?

The instruments we currently teach include, but are not limited to, piano, guitars (acoustic and electric!), trumpet, recorder, and flute.

Students may receive instruction based on available programs, including instrumental development and music theory.

Additional instrument-specific FAQs may be added as programs expand.

Are lessons available for beginners?

Yes! Throne Flow Conservatory welcomes students at various experience levels, including beginners.

Beginning students will focus on:

• Instrument fundamentals

• Proper technique

• Reading skills

• Basic music theory

• Practice strategies

• Building confidence

Every student begins from their current ability level and receives personalized instruction.

How long does the Foundation Program take?

The Foundation Program is typically completed in 16 to 18 weeks, depending on scheduling.

What lesson lengths are available? Which lesson length should I choose?

Students may choose between:

45 Minute Private Lessons

• Recommended for beginners

• Younger students

• Students developing fundamentals

60-Minute Private Lessons

• Recommended for intermediate students

• Students seeking deeper technical development

• Students studying theory, ear training, repertoire, and musicianship

The recommended lesson length depends on the student's age, experience level, goals, and learning pace.

Generally, beginners often benefit from 45-minute lessons, and intermediate and advanced students often benefit from 60-minute lessons for deeper development.

Are lessons private or group-based?

Throne Flow Conservatory provides personalized private instruction so each student receives focused guidance based on their unique goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.

How much do lessons cost?

Lessons are charged at this rate:

45-Minute Weekly Private Lessons: $50 per lesson

60-Minute Weekly Private Lessons: $65 per lesson

How are lessons charged?

Monthly tuition is based on the number of scheduled lessons occurring during that calendar month.

Tuition is not a flat monthly fee because some months contain four scheduled lessons while others contain five.

What are examples of monthly tuition?

Four-Lesson Month

45-Minute Lessons

Regular rate: $200

Monthly tuition: $197 ($3 courtesy discount)

60-Minute Lessons:

Regular rate: $260

Monthly tuition: $257 ($3 courtesy discount)

Five-Lesson Month

45-Minute Lessons

Regular rate: $250

Monthly tuition: $245 ($5 courtesy discount)

60-Minute Lessons

Regular rate: $325

Monthly tuition: $320 ($5 courtesy discount)

If a month has five weeks, then the weekly lessons are charged in the Five-Lesson Month rate.

If a month has four weeks, which is often the case, then weekly lessons are charged in the Four-Lesson Month rate.

Do payments continue automatically?

Recurring monthly tuition continues until the student completes the program or written cancellation is submitted according to the cancellation policy.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, students may request a refund during the 30-Day Foundation Period if they find the program unsatisfactory.

Can missed lessons be made up?

Yes, when advance notice is provided, a missed lesson may be recovered through an approved makeup option.

How do makeup lessons work?

Students may recover missed lessons through an extended makeup lesson.

Examples:

If a student misses a 45-minute lesson at 7:00 PM, the makeup begins 45 minutes before the normal lesson time and the regular lesson follows afterward.

If a student misses a 60-minute lesson at 7:00 PM, the makeup begins 60 minutes before the normal lesson time and the regular lesson follows afterward.

Can makeup lessons be scheduled on another day?

When scheduling permits, another accommodation may be arranged. If another option cannot be arranged, the standup makeup format will be the extended lesson format.
